Bill started his real estate career in 1995 when he joined Harborside Realty after moving to the Vineyard from Connecticut with his wife Pink and two children.

Since that time he has developed his real estate career, becoming one of the Island’s Top Producing Brokers. In 2003, Bill joined Margaret Steele as co-owner of the agency, filling the role of Principle Broker. Bill's commitment to his real estate career is evident by his desire to continue to broaden his knowledge of the business, receiving his Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation in 1999 and his Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Council of Residential Specialist designation in 2006. Recently Bill was elected to represent the Vineyard on the Board of Directors of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of REALTORS, Inc., the local association of the National Association of REALTORS. Whether representing a prospective buyer or working with a home owner in selling their property, Bill provides the highest level of professional and ethical service making sure that the transaction is a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties.

Bill and his wife reside in Edgartown, his daughter, son-in-law and new grandson Bode live in West Tisbury and their son Bill Jr. lives in Georgetown, MA.
