Bill started his real estate career in 1995 when he joined Harborside Realty after moving to the Vineyard from Connecticut with his wife Pink and two children.  

With over 25 years experience in the equestrian business, Bill has used this expertise to assist both buyers and sellers with all types of residential, farm and commercial properties. His knowledge of the real estate market and his professional manner has lead Bill to be the top selling and listing agent in his office for the last seven years. In January of 2003, Bill joined Margaret Steele as co-owner of the agency and also fills the role of Principle Broker. Bill's commitment to his real estate career is evident by his desire to continue to broaden his knowledge of the business, receiving his Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation in 1999, and both his Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and his Counsil of Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 2006. Whether representing a prospective buyer or working with a home owner in selling their property, Bill provides the highest level of professional and ethical service making sure that the transaction is a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties.  

Bill and his wife reside in Edgartown and are very active in the Island's horse community, the Martha's Vineyard Horse Council as well as other Island organizations.
