Stephen L. Robinson has been a licensed real estate broker on Martha's Vineyard since 1981. His experience covers all phases of real estate services including 1031 exchanges, land, investment, commercial, and home sales. He is proud of his reputation as having a highly ethical and professional approach to business. Stephen states, "good old-fashioned service should never be substituted with technology." This service will, however, be better enhanced with Stephen's continued implementation of the modern world of technology.

The Robinson family association with Martha's Vineyard has been on-going for six generations, with the first member building a cottage on East Chop in Oak Bluffs in 1890.

Stephen lives in the home he built in Meadow View Farms with his wife, Linda C. Zarro, a speech and language pathologist in the Oak Bluffs school and the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital/Windemere Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Stephen's favorite outside interests are boating, sailing, fishing, and travel.
